Blending sultry nuance with deep-rooted traditional style, her songwriting pushes the boundaries of the banjo, creating a catalog of songs that feel both timeless and entirely her own. Her commanding voice and resonant banjo tone bring a joyous vulnerability to the stage—leaving audiences not just entertained, but genuinely restored and inspired.

Nocturnne

Hunter Frost

Looking for an Indie-folk mutt raised on the likes of John Denver and The Cranberries? Look no further than the Adirondack’s own Nocturnne! Her songs will make you nostalgic for something you didn’t even realize you were missing. Featuring lyrical storytelling and lilting vocals inspired by the world around her, you’ll leave her performances feeling grounded and remembering what’s truly important.

Hailing from the rural fields of Upstate NY, Hunter Frost is a singer/songwriter, guitarist, bassist, and aspiring loop station master. With contemplative, poetic lyrics set against intricate guitar-driven arrangements, Hunter's music evokes the sound of contemporary folk artists like Glen Hansard, John Smith, and Peter Bradley Adams. His years in the jazz music scene and roots in traditional folk music combine to create a performance that will touch the hearts of those of all ages.
